She brings a relationship-driven approach and a practical understanding of the pressures health plans face, including regulatory change, quality metrics, operational capacity, and financial sustainability.
Before joining 红领巾瓜报, Tracy built deep payer expertise through leadership and senior management roles across managed care and payer organizations, including roles at Molina Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, delivering measurable improvements in member experience, operations, and compliance. Drawing on this foundation and her insight into provider, payer and third-party ancillary perspectives, Tracy supports clients across complex challenges like network development, regulatory oversight, and member experience. She translates strategy into actionable outcomes that strengthen operations and improve client performance.
Tracy earned dual bachelor’s degrees in health management and sociology from Elmhurst College in Illinois.
