Stephanie has extensive experience with federal Medicaid authorities, including 1915(b) and 1915(c) waivers, as well as a wide range of Medicaid and CHIP state plan amendments (SPAs). She has successfully supported nine states in securing 1115 demonstration approvals, providing end-to-end support that encompasses policy development, application drafting, public and tribal notice coordination, and CMS negotiation facilitation.ÌýStephanie also provides Medicaid policyÌýexpertiseÌýon contracts with provider entities, private equity firms, managed care organizations, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).Ìý

StephanieÌýearnedÌýherÌýmaster’s degree in social work concentrating in social and economic development policy from Washington University in St. LouisÌýandÌýher bachelor’s degree in social policy from Northwestern University.Ìý
